The general scope of Laboratory is analysis of genes involved in development and function of the central nervous system. To achieve this we are engaged in phenotype analysis of several mouse mutants (gene trap, knock-out and spontaneous mutations). In addition, we are interested in development of the caudal part of the embryo (tail bud), secondary neurulation, and formation of spina bifida.
